Begin your day with a scenic drive from Antigua Guatemala to the base of Pacaya Volcano. Transportation is included and offers views of the Guatemalan countryside en route to the national park.
Reach the entrance to Pacaya Volcano National Park, where you’ll meet your local guide and prepare for the adventure. Final checks are done here before starting the hike.
Embark on a moderate hike through forest trails and volcanic terrain. The trail leads up to Cerro Chino, a viewpoint offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes and volcanic cones.
Enjoy a break at the summit with panoramic views of nearby volcanoes like Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. This is a great spot for photos and to take in the surreal volcanic scenery.
